How does it work?

A Solutions To Spec HR Health Check is a half-day session where we examine your current HR Health. We look at your existing documentation and find out about your current people management practices, business goals and objectives.

From there, we prepare a detailed HR Status Report for you. This report outlines compliance concerns, opportunities for improvement, and items you will need to address to meet your business goals.

Now that you know the state of your HR Health and what you need to do moving forwards, you can choose from our monthly support packages to get your business where you want it to be. Just pick the number of hours you think you’ll need for the month and leave the HR work to us.


Starter

  • 5 hours per month
  • Who is this for?

Our Starter package includes 5 hours of HR support each month. It is ideal for business advisors or businesses with established HR processes looking for ad-hoc guidance on HR matters or support for a mini-HR Project.

  • What can we do in 5 hours?

As a guide, we can write up to three position descriptions, support a recruitment campaign for one vacancy or draft and implement two policies.

Foundation

  • 8 hours per month
  • Who is this for?

This package is ideal for small business owners who need some help staying on top of their HR matters so that they can focus on their business.

  • What can we do in 8 hours?

Under our Foundation package, you will receive an average of 2 hours support per week. This means you will have regular contact with us to work through your most pressing matters or plan your next move.

Classic

  • 10 hours per month
  • Who is this for?

Our classic package is ideal for businesses wishing to enhance their existing process, undertake a medium-sized HR project or access frequent ad-hoc advice. Some of the common tasks we do under this package include performance management, annual reviews, and helping to recruit for a hard-to-fill vacancy.

  • What can we do in 10 hours?

Quite a lot. In addition to regular phone check-ins with you, we could write up to six position descriptions, document up to four policies, manage a recruitment campaign or help you with whatever your most pressing HR issue is.

Premium

  • 20 hours per month

Our premium package is ideal for businesses in a growth stage. We can provide support for recruitment alongside enhancing your HR policies and documentation.

During the month, we could support multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, perform a remuneration review, undertake an organisational restructure including writing position descriptions, review your HR processes and documents or a combination of these.

Elite

  • 45 hours per month
  • Who is this for?

This package is for organisations that want to achieve significant change over a short period or those that want to implement a sizeable HR project. It is ideal for mergers or acquisitions where a high level of organisational restructure and HR compliance activities are required or for businesses experiencing rapid growth and needs a fast recruitment campaign to fill multiple or hard-to-fill vacancies.

  • What can we do in 45 hours?

We can do a lot in 45 hours. This package is ideal to fast-track a HR project. For example, we could support multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, undertake a detailed organisational restructure including workforce planning, perform a remuneration review, update position descriptions, review your HR policies, processes and procedures or a combination of these.
