Classic
Our Classic package is ideal for people that need an expert to identify the right candidates from a sea of applications and someone to take care of the administrative tasks.
This package includes:
- A team structure consultation
- Position description review and update where required
- Draft a job advertisement and post it online
- Act as your application mailbox service

Classic Plus
The Classic Plus package is for those who need more support, including managing the interview process.
This package includes everything from the Classic package plus:
- Assistance developing a shortlist of candidates for interview
- Preparing interview questions
- Coordinating interview arrangements
- Being in the room to support or lead interviews
- Coordinating assessments (i.e. pre-employment medical, behavioural analysis)
- Conducting thorough reference checks
- Detailed post-interview and assessment candidate report
- Support throughout the offer process
Elite
Our Elite package is for businesses who need to undertake a talent search to find the highest quality candidates for a business-critical role.
The Elite package includes everything in the Classic Plus package plus:
- Posting the job advertisement on up to three relevant online platforms for optimal response
- Proactive candidate search
We are also able to tailor a recruitment solution to suit your specific needs, such as assistance with the onboarding process, induction and training or relocation of an overseas or interstate candidate. Solutions To Spec can provide behavioural assessments and analysis by an accredited and experienced professional, using one of the world’s most widely used behavioural models.
