Support Packages.
Our support packages are designed to provide varied levels of assistance according to your needs and people management activities. The hours in each package can be used for what you need at the time, such as onboarding new employees, writing position descriptions, developing policies and procedures and recruitment or resolving HR matters as they arise. It’s like having your own HR Manager on call.
HR Health Check
This is the entry level which triggers a client's entitlement to Preferred Client status when they participate in an HR Health Check. Solutions To Spec will conduct a review of existing HR and WHS documentation over a one day period, resulting in the presentation of an HR Status Report (incorporating an Action Plan) identifying areas of compliance and opportunities for improvement. The HR Status Report will inform the most appropriate package to facilitate agreed future workload.
Ad-hoc Hourly Support
The Solutions To Spec team is available to respond to ad-hoc people management queries, we are just a phone call or email away.
Peace Of Mind Pack
- Tier One: Up to 15 employees
- Tier Two: More than 15 employees
A pre-purchased Peace Of Mind Pack does just that, gives you the peace of mind that you are up-to-date with relevant legislative and Award changes – which will be reflected in your policies; we’ll also ensure employee pay rates are accurate in line with age, service or performance review adjustments. Further peace of mind knowing you have available up to 60 mins support per month to discuss people management issues as they arise. Rates are based on workforce numbers. As needed, additional support hours can be purchased.
Value Bundle

A pre-purchased Value Bundle provides you the opportunity to partner with Solutions To Spec for professional people management guidance – we’ll be available to discuss issues as and when they arise, to ensure you limit the impact of negative behaviours and exploit the positives to ensure the growth of your business.
Your value bundle entitles you to:

- at-call support
- flexibility to purchase a bundle of hours that provides the level of support that’s right for you
- no expiry date.
Standard Booster Pack
This pre-purchased pack of hours provides you the opportunity to boost your people management practices by partnering with Solutions To Spec for 5 hours each month – we’ll be available to discuss your people issues on a regular basis, to ensure you consistently manage your team to encourage positive behaviours that ensure the ongoing growth of your business.
Your value bundle entitles you to:
- regular access to a dedicated HR Partner
- plus at-call support
- priority response to email or voice messages.
As needed, additional support hours can be purchased.
Strategic Support Bundle
This pre-purchase creates a strategic partnership that most closely resembles the role of an in-house HR Manager. Solutions To Spec’s team of HR Partners will carry the load of developing, implementing and monitoring people management strategies and processes to underpin the sustained growth of your business.
Your strategic support bundle entitles you to:
- a partnership with a team of dedicated HR professionals
- a monthly 60 minute HR strategy meeting
- an average of 4.5 hours support per week (remote or onsite support)
- a minimum 3 hours per month onsite presence, plus at-call support
- priority response to email or voice messages
- development, implementation and monitoring of an effective HR action plan.
- Strategic Support Bundles are underpinned with intimate knowledge of the client’s business, therefore a minimum engagement of 6 months is required, the monthly fee is payable on the first day of each calendar month.
Compliance Pack
Supply of a comprehensive suite of customised policies, procedures and supporting documentation that will create compliant, easy-to-use HR systems including:
- employee handbook
- forms and templates
- operations manual for management
- 1.5 hours implementation support.
