Role Details

Fraser Fire and Rescue is seeking expressions of interest from Qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanics to work on Fire Appliances during both the initial build phase and through-life maintenance.

About The Role

• Work on fire appliances during manufacturing and maintenance phases
• Diagnose and repair heavy vehicle diesel engines and systems
• Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards
• Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver high-quality emergency vehicles

About You

We’re looking for individuals who have:

• Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic qualifications
• Experience in heavy vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
